The WF-YL11-05Z tubular impeller flow indicator with control valve is a multi-functional fluid control device integrating flow regulation and visual monitoring, developed for industrial pipelines. 1. High-Quality Stainless Steel Body
The body is precision-machined from high-quality 304/316 stainless steel with a passivated surface treatment for superior corrosion and wear resistance. 2. Integrated Sight Window with Double Seal
The central section features a high-strength borosilicate glass sight window, paired with food-grade fluororubber O-rings for double sealing. With excellent pressure and temperature resistance, it allows 360° all-round observation of medium flow, impeller rotation, and impurities, eliminating blind spots in pipeline monitoring.
3. Built-In Impeller Indicator System
A red paddle impeller inside the tube rotates as the medium flows, providing clear visual confirmation of flow even at low velocities. The impeller speed also roughly indicates the flow rate, intuitively reflecting the pipeline's operating status.
4. Precision Needle Flow Control Valve
A T-handle needle control valve is integrated at the top, allowing precise stepless adjustment of medium flow rate by rotating the handle. Combining both "visual monitoring" and "flow control" functions, it significantly improves system regulation flexibility.
5. Standard Internal Thread Connection
Both ends are designed with universal internal threads to fit DN15-DN50 pipe sizes, eliminating the need for flanges or welding. It is quick to install and disassemble, ideal for direct-connect pipeline scenarios, significantly reducing installation and maintenance costs.
